Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake is seeking a Production Associate to support sorting, preparation, and processing of donated clothing and textiles for our retail locations. This dependable, active role helps maintain efficient workflows and contributes to the smooth operation of our stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, warehouse, production, or customer service a plus.
• Must be able to read clothing tags in English.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and hang donated clothing and textiles.
• Prepare items for placement on the sales floor.
• Use a POS system to apply pricing.
• Meet daily production goals in a team setting.
• Maintain a clean, organized production and sales area.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers.
• Support Goodwill's mission and community impact.
