Job summary
Springs Window Fashions, headquartered in Middleton, WI, seeks a Textile Product Development Engineer II to lead fabric development, qualification, and validation for new products and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure manufacturable textile solutions, maintain specifications, and support product launches across SWF brands.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of practical manufacturing/engineering experience in textiles.
- Experience developing, qualifying, and validating fabrics for new products.
Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify, and validate fabrics for new product development and improvements.
- Maintain textile specifications and SOPs; work with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Perform textile testing, data analysis, and issue resolution using quality tools.
- Support new product introduction and qualification plans across product lines.
