Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Pensacola is seeking a Feeder/Folder to handle, inspect, and package clean textiles, reporting to the Production Manager. You will sort, fold, and prepare items for distribution while maintaining quality standards.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and following written packing instructions; benefits include medical, vision, life and disability insurance, vacation, holidays, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Recognize colors, sizes, and product types.
• Counting and sorting accuracy.
• Inspect and grade product quality.
• Understand and follow written packing instructions and directions.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and grade textiles to meet quality standards.
• Fold, assemble, and package textiles by hand or feed items into folding machines.
• Process textiles by product type and follow packing instructions for distribution.
• Move finished products onto conveyors or carts within the production area.
• Log production activity in the Spindle productivity tracking system.
