Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Non-exempt Feeder/Folder responsible for sorting, inspecting, folding, and packaging clean textiles. You will follow production requirements and ensure items meet quality standards, reporting to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and product types.
• Accurate counting and sorting of textiles.
• Skill in inspecting and grading product quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal packing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and grade clean textiles to meet standards.
• Fold, assemble, and package textiles by hand or feed into machines.
• Process textiles by product type and follow packing instructions.
• Place finished products onto conveyors or carts and move materials.
• Record production activity in the Spindle productivity tracking system.
