• Must be able to inspect and grade product quality.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and product types.
• Capable of following written packing instructions and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and grade textiles to meet quality standards.
• Fold, assemble, and package textiles by hand or feed items into ironing/folding machines as required.
• Process textiles by product type and follow packing instructions for final distribution.
• Place finished products onto conveyors or carts and move materials within the production area.
• Log production activity in the Spindle productivity tracking system.
