Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Texas PE within 6 months.
- Minimum 12 years (15 preferred) of water resources project experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience delivering flood risk and green infrastructure projects.
- US citizenship or permanent resident.
Responsibilities
- Lead water resources and stormwater projects within multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and technical direction.
- Ensure project delivery quality and on-time results.
- Support business development and client interviews.
- Promote health and safety culture.
