Kidney in Central Texas is seeking a urologist to join a growing practice with immediate patient volume and strong referral networks. The role offers access to multiple robotic platforms and a no-income-cap structure after a 2-year guaranteed base, plus an on-site ambulatory surgery center and experienced APP support.

The position supports a balanced clinic and OR schedule, with potential for development of your preferred clinical focus and robust compensation.

• Limited outreach commitment of approximately 2 days per month with dedicated staff support
