Anywhere Integrated Services operates within Anywhere Real Estate and provides title and settlement services across the country. We seek a detail-oriented title professional to research public records, interpret deeds and mortgages, and assemble comprehensive Title Abstracts for clients.

You will review documents, assess encumbrances, and communicate findings to teams and clients, supporting a fast-paced settlement workflow with accuracy and reliability.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3+ years Texas title abstracting/examination experience.
• Strong understanding of title examination processes and their effect on title.
• Residential examination experience with acreage advised.
• Proficiency in TIMS, Deed Plotter and county websites.
• Excellent research, interpretation of legal terms, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, meet deadlines, and follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn MS Office and Acrobat.
• Willingness to learn and grow new skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct thorough research of public records regarding title status and encumbrances.
• Review documents affecting title to property (mortgages, deeds, probate, trusts).
• Read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps, and surveys.
• Assemble Title Abstracts/Reports to be sold to clients.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
