Job summary

Dexterra is seeking a licensed Master Electrician to lead electrical operations for a large workforce accommodations facility in Texas. You will serve as the technical authority for electrical systems, supervise installation and maintenance, and ensure safe, code-compliant operation across modular buildings and supporting infrastructure.

The role requires an active Texas Master Electrician license and a proactive approach to facilities maintenance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Active Texas Master Electrician license (TDLR).
5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical work.
Experience with temporary, modular, or prefabricated structures.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Ability to lead technical teams and document work clearly.

Responsibilities

Serve as the licensed Master Electrician for the facility and ensure NEC/TDLR compliance.
Perform, supervise, and verify electrical work including power distribution and lighting systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults across modular buildings.
Ensure safety, lockout/tagout, and regulatory compliance for all electrical work.
Coordinate with facilities and other trades; document work and inspections.
