Job summary

Seamless FM is looking for a Licensed Plumber Qualifier in Texas to oversee all plumbing operations for commercial clients. Ideal candidates will have an active Texas plumbing license and experience in commercial plumbing service.

This role includes ensuring compliance with plumbing codes, guiding plumbing work, and maintaining licensing. A Master's designation is preferred. Seamless FM provides maintenance services to retail, restaurant, and multi-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas plumbing license in good standing is required.
• Prior qualifier experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and local permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the plumbing qualifier for Seamless FM.
