Job summary

Comparion Insurance Agency seeks a driven Sales Agent to join our Texas field team. In this outside sales role, you’ll build a local book of business through referrals, community networking, and personalized insurance consultations for auto, home, life, and specialty coverages.

You’ll work with autonomy in a flexible structure (hybrid/field/remote), earn unlimited commissions, and receive training, licensing support, health benefits, and a strong support network backed by Liberty Mutual.

Qualifications

• Must live in Texas (San Antonio, El Paso, Midland, and surrounding area).
• Strong local network and relationship-building in the community.
• Outside sales role with autonomy and flexible schedule.
• No prior insurance experience required; licensing obtained after hire.
• Ability to document interactions securely and use sales tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative approach.
• Build and maintain a book of business via referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Identify prospects using established lead methods and outreach tactics.
• Accurately document customer interactions and handle information with care.
• Use multi-carrier platforms to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives.
