Job summary

Jobot seeks a Sr. Superintendent to lead heavy civil sitework in Texas as we open a new regional operation. You will direct daily field activities, mentor crews, and collaborate with management to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 10+ years of heavy civil/site development and a proven track record on multi-million dollar projects. Strong communication and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in heavy civil/site development, incl. utilities, grading, and paving.
• Proven Superintendent (General or Sr.) on multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on heavy civil/site work projects.
• Mentor crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Develop and oversee short-term schedules and coordinate with PM on costs and labor.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain strong client and owner relationships through proactive communication.
