Job summary

Curative invites a Cardiothoracic Surgery leader to join a single-hospital program in Texas. You’ll guide growth as the current lead transitions toward retirement/part-time, with a strong cardio service line and robust support.

The team includes 1 full-time and 1 part-time CT surgeon, interventional cardiologists, and a dedicated care coordinator. Enjoy a defined practice with potential for expanded volume and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Fellows considered.
• Ideally 5+ years of CT surgery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the cardiothoracic surgery program.
• Schedule: 7:30am start; 1-2 surgery days/week; clinic one half-day.
• Collaborate with cardiology, NP, and program manager; maintain EMR (Meditech Expanse).
