Smokey Mo’s BBQ is hiring team members to join a busy Texas BBQ team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare sides, and help with kitchen and dining room tasks in a fast-paced, lively environment.

We value friendly, reliable team players who enjoy learning, are able to stand for long shifts, and can handle cash transactions with care and accuracy. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Food handler permit and TABC certification required.
• Attend shifts as scheduled in proper uniform.
• Stand for 8 hours and perform duties safely.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain cleanliness.
• Strong hospitality and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to create a positive experience with southern hospitality.
• Take guest orders accurately.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare sides and condiments and maintain food safety.
• Keep station clean and assist other positions as needed.
