The role emphasizes courtroom appearances and hearing management, four days per week within an assigned Texas territory, supported by a capable legal and administrative team.

We are assisting an established law firm in its search for a Texas-licensed Attorney to support its civil litigation and creditors' rights practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys being in the courtroom, independently handling hearings, and working toward effective case resolutions.

The position is heavily focused on courtroom appearances, with approximately four days per week spent attending hearings and other legal proceedings throughout an assigned territory. Attorneys are supported by an experienced legal and administrative team, allowing them to concentrate on courtroom representation, case management, and settlement negotiations.
