Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an automotive software engineer to program vehicle ECUs and run automated checks during early vehicle commissioning. You will create test programs in SIDIS Pro aligned with each configuration and start-up procedure.

You will develop robust error-resolution measures and verify functional performance in pre-series builds through automated testing, ensuring quality and reliability across configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software, computer engineering, or related field.
• 36 months of experience in relevant automotive/software roles.
• Experience with ECM programming and automated testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for vehicle ECM programming and automated function check.
• Create check programs in SIDIS Pro for commissioning vehicles considering configuration and start-up procedures.
• Develop and implement measures for sustainable error resolution.
• Verify vehicle functions in pre-series builds by automated testing during early commissioning.
