Lifestance Health is hiring Clinical Psychologists in Utah to provide testing and therapy across childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. The role supports a hybrid work model with 2–3 days in-office and 1–2 days remote, with full benefits and strong work/life balance.

We offer above-market compensation ranging from $110,000 to $145,000 per year, with sign-on bonuses for full-time staff and additional cash incentives.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Utah as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Experience conducting testing and therapy across ages (childhood through adulthood).
• Preference for testing psychologist specializing in childhood autism.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological testing and therapy with clients across age ranges.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
• Engage families and coordinate care within a hybrid office model.
