LifeStance Health is hiring licensed psychologists for outpatient work in a flexible, hybrid schedule. This full-time or part-time role focuses on 100% outpatient care with no nights or weekends.

The compensation model is productivity-based, with a range of $146k–$193k per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and strong work/life balance. Candidates must be fully licensed in Minnesota and hold a PhD or PsyD with experience in child, adolescent, or adult populations.
