LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed clinician in Minnesota for a 100% outpatient role. Work is hybrid with flexible schedules, full-time and part-time options, and no nights or weekends. The position emphasizes a balanced schedule and supportive administrative structure.

Compensation features an uncapped earnings model with a 146k–193k USD annual range based on productivity, plus a full benefits package and modern offices. Emphasis on work-life balance and collegial environment.
