Job description

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in an Information Technology (IT)-related or Engineering field.

NOTE : Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the MSA Classification. For example, if the MSA Classification requires five (5) years of experience and four (4) years are substituted, then nine (9) years of total experience would be required.

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes, with at least three (3) years in a lead capacity.

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. At least three (3) years of experience in PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) version 9.x, including analysis, design, configuration, and testing for large-scale software projects.
2. A large-scale software project is defined as having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (covering system development, planning, design, development, and implementation).
3. At least two (2) years of technical and functional application development experience with each of the following:

Specific Skills:

1. Minimum of three (3) years of Java development experience.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience establishing automation frameworks, creating, executing, triaging, and managing automated regression test environments using Katalon Studio version 6.x, Jenkins version 2.x, and Git version 1.x.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in writing/editing documentation such as business processes, test strategies/plans, test scripts, desk reference guides, training materials, procedures, and guidelines.
