Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed psychologists in Colorado (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our clinical team in Fort Collins and statewide. You’ll treat adults and/or children/adolescents with telemedicine and in‑person options, while enjoying flexible schedules and a collegial environment.

We offer above‑market compensation ($115k–$147k+), full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match), paid parental leave, EAP, and sign‑on bonuses in some locations, plus strong admin support.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychologists that are:

• Fully licensed in Colorado, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

$115,000 - $147,000 a year

We are currently 35+ offices strong within Colorado with plans to expand well into 2027! We have office locations ranging as North as Fort Collins, to Boulder County, Greater Denver, Colorado Springs and into the West in Grand Junction!!
