• Support client delivery through status reporting, risk escalation, milestone tracking, and coordination of end-to-end testing across cross-functional teams.

The Testing and Delivery Lead

supports a BI data modernization program by driving delivery coordination for the Reference Data Management workstream and leading quality assurance activities for cyclical data model testing. This role blends program delivery oversight with hands‑on test automation leadership, requiring someone who can manage cross‑team dependencies, support client delivery priorities, and maintain testing rigor across releases. The ideal candidate brings insurance industry experience, strong data engineering and QA capabilities, and experience working across modern cloud and data platforms.
