KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

• Review completion of commissioning test results submitted by subcontractors, vendors and internal commissioning and quality teams against test procedures
• Verify test results are ready to be compiled into a test report for a specific area of the project along with identified open items
• Create a process to get test reports for submission to the client and/or for subsystem handover to different testing parties
• Develop, and execute a test report compilation process until it can be fully or partially handled by a non‑technical employee
• Review subcontractors, vendors and internal test procedures before submission to the client
• Develop internal test procedures and plans
• Audit system and sub‑system completions, report findings and make recommendations for solving identified areas of concern
• Understand, direct, coordinate leading punch list walk‑downs, meetings and punch list close out
• Review engineering drawings, turnover, pre‑commissioning and commissioning procedures to confirm appropriate provisions have been established for testing and other functions related to facility completion
• Work with experienced completion commissioning and start‑up personnel engaged in pre‑commissioning, commissioning, testing and operations activities
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
