You will lead test initiatives, mentor junior QA testers, and ensure robust regression, performance, and security testing. Proficiency with Unity/Unreal, bug tracking tools, and strong Spanish communication are essential in this remote environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Video Game Tester with AAA or high-quality indie titles.
• Experience leading QA efforts or mentoring junior testers.
• Expertise in performance, compatibility, and security testing.
• Proficiency with advanced bug tracking and test management tools.
• Strong understanding of Unity and Unreal Engine and development pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and systematic QA approach.
• Fluent in Spanish communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
