Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing production experience or related electronics/technical training preferred.
• Ability to read prints, procedures, diagrams, and schematics.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational test of production components and subassemblies per test specs.
• Record and interpret test data; document exceptions for review and action.
• Initiate proper troubleshooting to identify faulty components/assemblies for repair.
• Align and adjust portions of a completed system per procedures.
• Investigate and review issues on the weapon station when they occur.
• Some electro-mechanical assembly and sub-assembly work using basic hand tools.
• Troubleshoot problems and communicate with engineering to resolve deficiencies.
• Document deficiencies in company databases.
