This role operates on the 2nd shift, from 3 PM to 11 PM.Job Responsibilities*** Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products using various test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).* Perform visual inspections for defects, damage, and proper assembly according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.* Interpret and follow detailed test procedures, schematics, and blueprints.* Document test accurately and completely, including pass/fail status and any identified anomalies or failures.* Troubleshoot and diagnose failures to the component level, utilizing test equipment and technical documentation.* Identify and report recurring issues or trends to engineering and quality teams for further investigation.* Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve test processes and product quality.* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Job Qualifications*** Associate's degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.* 2+ years of experience in electronics testing or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.* Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.* Experience with common electronic test equipment (e.g., DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies, function generators).* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic assemblies.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.* Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.* Ability to work the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM) consistently.* Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
