Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to prepare technical reports.
  • Ability to work independently and with others; willing to overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of electrical tests, including power factor, low and high-power, impulse, special, standard, and temperature-run testing.
  • Collect and analyze standard and G&O liquid samples.
  • Calibrate testing instruments and maintain accurate test equipment performance.
  • Create certified test reports using computerized systems.
  • Troubleshoot test equipment and support repairs, modifications, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to communicate findings and resolve technical issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in team discussions.
  • Assist with cross-training and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Your background

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to prepare technical reports.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with others, and support overtime requirements, including weekends when needed.
