Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA, an engineering leader with 3,000+ experts, is seeking a Test Technician in Louisville, KY. You will execute software, hardware, and system verification tests and manage laboratory equipment and calibration schedules.

Working from engineering drawings and technical instructions, you will troubleshoot, document results, ensure traceability, and support cross-functional teams to advance product development while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in a laboratory, testing, engineering, or product development environment.
• Experience executing test procedures and documenting results.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience maintaining, calibrating, or managing laboratory and test equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior lab management, hardware testing, or prototype testing experience preferred.
• Experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, or regulated industries preferred.

As a Test Technician you will be responsible for;

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
