Job summary

Sanmina is seeking a Production Test Technician in Carrollton, TX to test and diagnose products to the component level and to document results using data reporting tools. You will work with epoxies, adhesives, thermal gels, and solder, and perform incoming and in-process inspections to ensure quality specifications.

The role requires an associate degree or 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in manufacturing testing, and soldering experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree / 2 year Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing testing.
• Some soldering experience or certification is desired.
• Experience handling and testing of components.
• Knowledge of materials, tooling, and mechanical assembly skills for electronic products.
• Microscope and miniature microelectronic assembly skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written guidelines or drawings and accurately and concisely communicate testing results.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent punctuality, good attendance, and reliability required.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.
