RTX in East Hartford is seeking a Test System Architect to lead Model-Based System Engineering for engine programs, delivering Cameo SysML-based verification and validation modeling for digital test planning, design, and execution.
The role focuses on transforming legacy SE processes into a Model-Based approach, collaborating with design and validation teams to capture critical system functions and ensure program needs are met, with travel about 10% to partner sites.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
