Plexus Corp. is seeking a Test & Inspection Engineer to develop and sustain test programs for manufacturing platforms at our Neenah, WI facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Hands-on AOI/AXI test program development and debugging experience.
• Able to read schematics and electrical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review and react to key process indicators to improve program capability and reduce downtime.
• Provide technical leadership for testing at the product level and collaborate with planners and Supervisors/Leads.
• Support troubleshooting of test equipment, software, and products; lead calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and validate new test programs and implement engineering changes while maintaining program integrity.
• Lead development of training materials and work with vendors to enhance equipment expertise.
