• Ability to obtain Security Clearance.

This position is 100% onsite in Tewksbury/Andover, MA

As an Electrical Engineer on this team, you will have a hands-on opportunity to design and integrate state-of-the-art test systems using the industry's latest tools. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team
• Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs
• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phases
• Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation
• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and less then 2 years of prior experience. Degree must be obtained by the employment start date.
• Relevant internship or industry experience with one or more of the following technological areas: RF/Microwave, Analog/Digital Electronics, Circuit Design or Analysis, Power Electronics, VHDL, FPGA, Digital Signal Processing, or PCB design.
• Experience operating laboratory test and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, waveform/function generators, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzers) to test hardware, interface with sensors, or measure electrical signals.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for simulation and automation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet assigned deadlines
• Experience in technical writing and delivering formal presentations

Salary

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
