Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with qTest, TOSCA and NeoLoad.
• Experience testing web, GUI, client/server and database apps.
• Experience with requirements analysis and automated test case/script development.
• Experience with manual or automated testing, test plans and reviewing test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Stable work history.
• Experience with testing Curam products is highly desired (1 year).
• Experience testing for health and human services projects is highly desired (1 year).
• Experience writing and executing SQL to validate or test (6 months).
• Experience navigating UNIX platforms (6 months).
• Experience developing and executing TOSCA automation test scripts (6 months).
• Experience using Jira and SharePoint (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of a technology-based services program as a Test Scripts Writer.
• Analyze business requirements for testability and completeness using Functional Spec, Business Requirements, and Technical Design Documents.
• Develop requirements into test conditions, test cases, and test scripts.
• Develop and execute scripts using qTest to thoroughly test software.
• Automate test scripts using TOSCA.
• Review test cases and testing artifacts for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate testing reports and reproduce test cases for issues.
• Collaborate with product team to diagnose, recreate problems and implement solutions.
• Perform test scripting, data collection and analysis per project plan.
• Ensure adherence to standard practices and procedures.
