Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent experience.
• Proven tutoring or teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of standardized tests (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT).

• Ability to tailor instruction to diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalized test prep instruction for standardized exams (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, SSAT, ISEE, etc.).
• Assess individual student strengths and weaknesses to develop targeted study plans.
• Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in person or virtually.
• Track student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Provide practice tests, study materials, and homework assignments to reinforce learning.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress.
• Maintain accurate session notes and attendance records.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students of varying ages
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Prior experience working with students in an academic or tutoring setting preferred
