Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking an Administrative Assistant to keep offices running smoothly and to support regional leadership, clinicians, and staff.

You will handle front-desk duties, correspondence, data entry, meeting coordination, and basic bookkeeping while ensuring accurate records and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree preferred in Business, Administrative Support, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn electronic records/database systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, staff, and partners by phone and in person.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, filing, documentation, and records management for accuracy and organization.

As an Administrative Assistant at Health Connect America, you'll play a vital role in keeping our offices running smoothly while supporting the teams who make a difference in the lives of children, families, and communities every day. What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to regional leadership, direct service providers, and office staff. Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, staff, and community partners by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage incoming correspondence, maintain filing systems, process documentation, and support records management to ensure accurate and organized office operations
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including data entry, report preparation, office supply management, and basic bookkeeping support
  • Support program leadership with meeting coordination, staff onboarding activities, training logistics, and other administrative projects
  • Assist with electronic health record and information management systems, including entering data, generating reports, and supporting documentation processes
  • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives by assisting with chart audits, surveys, compliance-related tasks, and other operational support activities

Qualifications
