Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking a Test Planner and Manager (TPM) to join our Test & Evaluation team. You will design end-to-end test strategies, define MOPs/MOEs, and translate operational needs into structured test plans.

The role requires navigating regulatory gating, embedding evidence, and coordinating with government programs and vendors. Expect up to 30% travel and a requirement for US citizenship with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD/t&e test planning and management experience.
• Experience with CSOs/OTAs governance.
• Engineering literacy in aeronautical/electrical/systems/cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes (airworthiness, spectrum, safety, cyber).
• Strong executive writing and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end test strategies translating operational needs into structured plans.
• Embed T&E requirements and evidence into non-traditional acquisition pathways (CSOs, OTAs).
• Navigate regulatory gating (flight clearances, spectrum, safety, cyber) for early approvals.
• Act as central integrator between vendors, PMs, and service test organizations.
• Draft clear, technically sound test plans and executive-level documentation.
