The Lead for the Testing group within OSA is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily testing activities to ensure product quality, process compliance, schedule adherence, and timely flow of work through the testing area. This role provides day-to-day guidance to assigned QS 1,2 and 3 Technicians. Supports training and qualification of employees, monitors testing performance and priorities, and partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues impacting output, quality, or delivery. The Lead is accountable for maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized testing environment while promoting teamwork, and continuous improvement within the assigned area.
