Responsibilities
Lead a team of test engineers to achieve sprint and project goals.
Plan, execute, and manage qualification testing activities (SWE.6) for automotive software.
Perform HIL testing, ECU-in-the-loop (EIL) testing, and Base Software (BSW) validation.
Review test strategies, plans, and reports; analyze test results and debug issues effectively.
Support and mentor junior team members and ensure technical guidance is provided.
Ensure test coverage for requirement-based validation, fault management, and diagnostic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust software quality and compliance with ASPICE standards.
Utilize configuration management tools such as GIT or SVN.
Work with scripting and automation tools (Matlab/Simulink, Mscript, Python).
Apply knowledge of test management tools (DOORS, PTC, etc.) and methodologies.
