Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Quality/Hardware Test Manager – Job Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage: Supervise and mentor a team of test engineers, driving structured test plans, schedules, and procedures across multiple projects.
• Hands-On Testing: Oversee and participate in hardware/electronics testing (performance, reliability, environmental), supporting validation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and regulatory standards (UL, CE, FCC, IEC 61010/61326) while working with cross-functional teams to strengthen test coverage and mitigate risks.
• Documentation & Improvement: Manage test reports, protocols, and traceability documentation; collaborate with R&D, compliance, and production to close quality gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or related field)
• 7+ years in product testing, quality, or reliability engineering
• 2+ years leading teams or projects
• Strong knowledge of test equipment, instrumentation, and validation methods
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
