Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of data acquisition systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
• Experience with Python, LabVIEW or C++ for test automation.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects in production systems.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Analyze test data and generate reports on product quality and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring manufacturing defects.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure testability and quality.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment used in manufacturing operations.
