Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Test Engineer with data visualization experience to support the RTV team on the GSM‑O II program. This role focuses on testing Kibana dashboards within the AWS Cloud, validating data ingestion and visualization accuracy, and coordinating test activities with End‑to‑End development and operations teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software testing, DoD clearance, and hands‑on experience with ELK, Jira, Confluence, and Git in Agile environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
8570‑compliant certification or ability to obtain within 14 days.
8+ years in software testing, 3+ years with ELK stack.
Experience conducting UAT with end users.
Hands‑on with Kibana, Elasticsearch APIs, Jira, Confluence, Git.

Responsibilities

Analyze capability requirements and collaborate with leads and Agile teams to ensure verifiable implementations.
Define acceptance criteria in user stories and lead UAT to validate requirements.
Create and maintain test docs including plans, data, cases, and reports for Kibana dashboards.
Design test strategies for data ingestion, processing, and visualizations in Kibana with interface tests.
Maintain the overall test strategy across development lifecycle.
Perform regression, integration, and verification testing.
Execute tests, troubleshoot, and manage defects via Jira.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with external dependencies.
Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in testing.
