As the Test Engineer, you will support workwithin NAVAIR's Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the execution of VX-20 developmental test (DT) events, ensuring accurate and effective implementation of test cases.
  • Developing detailed System Level III test cases and vignettes covering the full range of Triton capabilities.
  • Conducting hands-on System Level III testing within the Mission Development Lab (MDL) and Tactical Systems Integration Lab (TSIL).
  • Collaborating with team members to support the creation of System Level I and II tests.
  • Assisting the Integration Lead by performing regression testing and maintaining system integrity throughout updates.
  • Planning and executing Software Test Report (STR) validation and verification events to support the STR Board (STRB) process.
  • Reviewing and contributing to NATOPS documentation, including checklists, warnings/cautions/notes, and supplementary materials.
  • Provide feedback on training content to ensure accuracy and operational relevance.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field is required.
  • Operational experience as an MPRA TACCO/SEVAL during deployments is required.
  • Previous experience with NAVAIR test environments is preferred.

Salary Range
