Job description

We are hiring a hands-on Test Engineer to support hydraulic and mechanical testing initiatives. This lab-focused role involves planning, executing, and analyzing component and system-level tests while partnering with engineering and lab teams to validate designs and investigate failures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hydraulic component and system testing from planning to conclusions
  • Set up and execute mechanical and hydraulic lab tests
  • Analyze test data and document findings and recommendations
  • Perform failure investigations and root cause analysis
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Collaborate with lab staff, engineers, and internal customers
  • Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, and throughput
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical background
  • Strong data and failure analysis skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • Experience with engineering software (e.g., CAD)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with hands-on lab work
Nice to Have
  • Hydraulics and fluid systems experience
  • Component or system testing background
