Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC seeks an experienced RF Test Engineer to support a new datalink product. The role involves designing and implementing testing methods and equipment, and planning the labor, schedules, and tools needed to test standard and special devices.

The engineer will compile data, define necessary changes in testing procedures or manufacturing processes, and oversee testing of all customer samples and special tests beyond the test area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of interim secret clearance required to start position.
• Experience in testing standards and evaluation of devices.
• Strong ability to design and implement testing methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Plans and arranges labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and evaluating devices.
• Provides test area parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
• Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, procedures, or processes.
• Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests not in the test area.
