Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Fremont, California designs, develops, and implements cost-effective testing methods and troubleshooting for all phases of product development and manufacturing. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and plan equipment for testing standard and special devices.

The role combines hands-on test engineering with process improvement, including coding test scripts and ensuring high-end server configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years related experience in testing or manufacturing.
• Experience designing test fixtures and procedures is a plus.
• Ability to code test scripts and work with test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test process instructions for production.
• Train production staff on test processes and protocols.

Job Summary

Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test process instructions (TPI) for production.
• Train production employees on test processes.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare complex test and diagnostic programs.
• Coding on test scripts.
• High-end server configurations.
• Develop overall integration & test strategy and schedule test plans & scripts.
• Design test fixtures and equipment.
• Complete specifications and procedures for new products.
• May be responsible for setting parameters and testing customer samples.
• Install hardware into racks and label/run cables.
• Build system to drawing package including loading applications and operating system.
• Review test equipment and capacity.
• Experience working on complex problems where analysis or data re quires evaluation and identifiable factors and interacting with leadership on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1-3 years related experience

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,000 - $95,000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
