FIRST RF is seeking a Test Engineer to support the engineering and production teams in testing of cutting‑edge antenna prototypes and products. In this role, you will work as part of the engineering team to test and qualify cutting‑edge antenna prototypes and products with specific focus on qualification testing of new products. This position is required to translate customer and internal qualification requirements into mechanical, electrical and RF test documentation to perform and report on product qualification status. The role will be responsible for test design, preparation, execution, data review and reporting. You will also analyse collected data and provide recommendations, helping your team seek out and eliminate flaws in design and manufacturing. You will also have a key role in reviewing the flow and planned artifacts of qualification test procedures to ensure that tests are performed in logical sequence and address the correct performance and process metrics.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
This is a full‑time position at 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm; however, these hours may vary based on workload and the manager's discretion.
About 10% travel is expected for this position.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The employee will also regularly be seated at a desk and using a computer.
