Description

Provide in‑home, non‑medical personal care for individuals with special needs and seniors throughout the greater Memphis‑area. Key Responsibilities

• Bring clients into their homes and assist with daily activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Apply a flexible and open‑minded approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Use approved equipment such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and sliding boards to facilitate safe and efficient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CNA license.
• Ability to clock in and out of shifts with a mobile device.
• Flexible and open‑minded approach to care.

Desired Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of direct care experience.
• Experience with Total Care.
• Hoyer Lift, Gait Belt, and/or Sliding Board experience.
