Primary Skills: JAVA, SELENIUM, API TESTING

Sub Skills: SDET, TDD- Test Driven Development, BDD- Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Testing, Regression Testing and SELENIUM, GEN AI.

Skill & Qualifications:

1. Must have at least 8+ years of experience as QE SDET Lead with hands on in Test Automation using Java, Python, Selenium, API Test Automation, Mobile Test Automation using Appium and Bitbar, Zephyr, Any browser stack like Sauce labs, etc.
2. Understanding of healthcare business domain and testing of medical devices
3. Test Execution (Automated UI / Automated Microservices/ Performance)
4. Defining the overall testing strategy
5. Guidance on test design, coverage, and quality criteria.
6. Ensure TCOE process are well defined and followed
7. Able to understand the stretch goals and frameworks of the TCOE and align himself and customer on it
8. Support effort Estimations for all new projects
9. Conduct test readiness review
10. Ensure KPIs, Reporting, Gating criteria are established across portfolio as per TCOE best practices
11. Ensure KPIs, Reporting, Gating criteria are maintained and met across portfolio as per TCOE best practices
12. Modify Standard Templates for all Test Artifacts as per the tower/ project need
13. Ensure TCOE guardrails adherence and manage its execution on project level
14. Primary responsibility for executing all activities per TCOE guidelines in a project (UAT Coordination, Test Environment, Test Data, Status Reporting, Triaging)
15. Mentor and coach Jr associates
16. Conflict resolution, Priority management when needed.
17. Continuous monitoring and review of all project deliverables.
18. Test reporting and review before presented to customers.
19. Defect Management, Triaging & Root Cause Analysis
20. Support G0 & G2 Test Estimations for all new projects including Manual, Test Automation and Performance Testing.
21. Ensure defined guardrails adherence and manage its execution.
22. Has good articulation and communication on WSR, MSR and QSR for providing updates at Senior leadership level.
23. Has good experience with preparing Presentation decks for all Senior leadership and executive levels.
24. Has good knowledge and hands on in Core Java.
25. Has good hands-on experience with Selenium web driver.
26. Has good hands-on experience with test automation of RESTFul and SOAP services.
27. Has hands on experience creating / customizing Test Automation frameworks.
28. Has hands on experience with mobile test automation.
29. Has hands on experience implementing Selenium Grid for parallel execution.
30. Has hands on experience with CI/CD and Continuous Testing implementations.
31. Has hands on experience with preparing Test Strategies and Test Plans.
32. Has hands on experience in Test Automation Scripting and Maintenance.
