Job Description

Responsible for validating, testing, troubleshooting, and improving networking products and solutions. Works closely with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Development teams to ensure networking features, architectures, and releases meet quality, functionality, and customer requirements. Develops automation tools and test frameworks to improve validation efficiency and product quality.

Management Level Definition

Applies established subject matter knowledge to solve technical challenges involving networking technologies, test automation, and product validation. Works independently on assigned projects while collaborating with cross‑functional global teams. Contributes to testing strategy, problem investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives under moderate supervision.

Education And Experience Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and typically 5+ years of relevant experience in networking, validation engineering, testing, or quality engineering.

• Networking fundamentals
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Software testing and validation methodologies
• Python programming or automation experience
• Root-cause analysis capabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

• BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP knowledge
• Routing and switching experience
