Job summary

Callibrity/CGI in Cincinnati is seeking a Software Test Automation Engineer who thrives on building automation, improving product quality, and optimizing testing within an Agile environment. You’ll design and maintain test frameworks, write robust test plans, and integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines, while staying current with AI, ML, cloud, and IoT trends.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and QA to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one modern language such as Java or JavaScript in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years in a test or development role within an Agile environment.
• 3+ years of Test Automation using Selenium.
• Four-year degree or successful completion of bootcamp/accelerator.
• Successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges.
• Interpersonal skills: Influencer, professionalism and accountability, passion for learning, team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an automated test infrastructure.
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality.
• Integrate with deployment infrastructure for CI/CD.
• Establish processes and tool set to maintain automation scripts and generate regular test reports.
• Demonstrate mastery of software development best practices (Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, TDD).
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT.
• Collaborate across roles and teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Be relied upon by the client irrespective of title or seniority.
